Chris joined his family-owned business, Keats Insurance Agency, in 2005 and serves as Director of Operations. Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance, he plays a key role in daily operations, overseeing systems, technology, claims, licensing, bookkeeping, and vendor relations. Known as the agency’s go-to problem solver, Chris brings a passion for learning and a drive to succeed—always with a smile.

Since 2016, Chris has been a dedicated Hawksoft user. After attending his first HUG National Conference in Sandusky, Ohio, he witnessed Hawksoft’s commitment to their product firsthand. He was blown away by how passionate they are not only about their product but also about the relationships with their clients. The integrations and vendor connections gained through HUG have transformed their agency and has taken them to the next level—something Chris is deeply grateful for.
