Attend a 1-day regional meeting, and learn from HawkSoft staff and your HawkSoft peers.
Here is what to expect from a Regional Meeting:
- Learning from experts during several sessions throughout the day (classes taught by both HawkSoft employees and HawkSoft users/agents)
- Getting inspired to improve processes, clean data, run reports, utilize more within HawkSoft, develop workflows, and more
- Taking part in hands-on workshops, solution circles, and panel discussions
- Asking all your burning HawkSoft questions (some cities will have “lab” time)
- Connecting with fellow HawkSoft users (share your knowledge, network, etc.)
- Meeting vendors/partners/exhibitors/carriers who serve agencies like yours

- 9:10 – 12:20 pm – Lifecycle of a Customer in HawkSoft
- Workflows in HawkSoft to manage all phases of your customer journey
- Part 1: Prospect to customer including carrier setup, applications, attachments and policy downloads.
- Part 2: Customer Changes, Utilizing HawkLink, Templates, Activities/Tasks, Linking, Tags, Profiles, Renewals, Certificates, Remarketing and Reporting.
- 12:20 – 2:00 pm – Lunch with HUG Partners
- 2:00 – 2:45 pm – Group Discussions with similar agencies
- 2:50 – 3:35 pm – Group Discussions by role in agency
- 3:50 – 4:30 pm – HawkSoft’s Latest and Greatest: What Have I Missed and What’s Coming Next!
- 4:30 – 5:00 pm – Open Q & A
- 5:15 – 6:00 pm – Optional Sessions: Accounting and Commissions (Virtual Presenters)
- 5:00 pm onward – HUG Happy Hour
