Michelle has been in the independent agency space for over 30 years now and became a first time agency owner in 2014!  While her agency is remote operating in the Pacific Northwest, using technology she stays in touch with and “sees” her team frequently.   From first having seen Hawksoft in 2005 to now – she values the ease of use of the product but more importantly the fantastic culture that Hawksoft embodies.

Michelle spends a great deal of time analyzing process and trying to make the ship run more efficiently, while keeping a strong relationship culture with clients and the team.  She has spoken at a few events here and there, and completely enjoys sharing ideas with other agents and trying to help agents grow in their own agencies.

She has been married for over 30 years, and enjoys time with family, friends and of course, her furry friends as well.
