NATIONAL 2020 - TENATIVE AGENDA

Below find the tentative agenda for the 4th Annual National HUG Conference in Orlando, April 19-21,2020.  Only slight modifications may be made, but you can count on this schedule for making your travel arrangements.  A final agenda will be available in  February, and at that time you will be able to register for which breakout sessions you want to attend – there will be limited seating in each class.  There will be 6-7 breakout sessions each hour – with 7 sessions over the 2 days – so lots to choose from!

Sunday

Notes:

  • Breakout sessions will last 60 minutes unless 90 minute session is notated (start times will remain the same, end times will vary).
  • The HUG LAB will be open all day Monday & Tuesday, except during general session times.
  • In February, you will have an opportunity to register for your particular breakout sessions.
  • The Exhibit Hall will be open all day Monday and Tuesday and we encourage you to visit often, meet new vendors, enter prize drawings, etc.
  • If you’re staying in town for the ACT meeting, they will be co-locating their meeting with the HUG conference and will start Wednesday morning
  • Recommended dress code Monday & Tuesday is ‘business casual’
  • *All sessions are taught once, unless notated (only 3 different classes will be taught twice).
